Jr. Consultant (Project Management)

We are seeking a curious, determined professional with an interest in continuous improvement and/or project management within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. As a junior consultant, you will have the opportunity to support the execution of large capital projects and gain invaluable experience in the industry along the way. Responsibilities will be primarily focused around supporting the management of investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives such as lean implementation, change management, and a variety of other manufacturing improvements.

We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership and communication skills who is driven by a desire for creating successful stories with our clients in a complex and challenging industry.   An ideal candidate for this role will have a desire to learn quickly and eventually grow into a leader within both the company and the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong academic credentials with minimally a bachelors degree in engineering, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical production, lean manufacturing, or similar
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with project management
• GMP experience
• Masters degree
