WHO WE ARE

Phil Ellis has served numerous companies nationwide as an Executive Recruiter and Consultant in organizational development and compensation. He has received numerous industry awards from professional associations including being named the North Carolina Professional Consultant of the Year. Prior to 1978, Phil worked for Abbott Laboratories as a Recruiting Specialist and Compensation/Benefits Manager.

Andy Ellis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2002 and after pursuing other career interests, joined PEA in 2011 as a Researcher and Internet Services Coordinator, managing PEA’s online presence. Soon after, he expanded his expertise to include recruiting within all capacities & across all levels within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Andy received a promotion to Manager, Talent Acquisition in 2015 and in November, 2019, took over the company in his current role as President, where he has total oversight of clients and their needs, the PEA team of recruiters and researchers and business development and marketing.

John Lee worked as a Director of Operations for a major food products company before joining PEA in 1989. Earlier, John worked for Abbott Laboratories in QA, engineering, and production in a small-volume parenterals plant. As a career Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor and Value Engineer, John recruits across the spectrum of career disciplines.

PEA also has a broad network of affiliate Recruiters, Researchers & Sourcers that they utilize on a Consultant basis when necessary.
